Researchers believe there may be no need to build new hospitals if acceptable water management practices were in place. In developing countries the water comes in three categories; too dirty, too little or too much. The conference on sustainable water management in African countries is the 1^st one under the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) sponsored EXCEED partnership program that brings together about 35 Universities world over.
