Logging-in procedure

a. Use your admission number as the User name, using the following format: XX/00000/0Y, e.g.,  BA/00020/02 ,EDS/03016/011.The 2nd part of the number must be 5 digits.

b. For the password, use your national ID number or birth certificate number or passport number or the short code that was provided as contained in our records. If you have not supplied these details call or SMS the cell phone numbers given below, stating your registration number and name.

2. Once you are logged in check your fee balance and deposit the same at any Branch of Equity Bank or National Bank. The system will automatically update your payment details, but this will take 24 hours.

3. Once your payment has been updated (AFTER 24 HRS), you can proceed to book the hostel room of your choice from the available list. You are only allowed to make one such booking.

NOTE: You have been automatically billed the accommodation fee of Kshs 2,900/=. If you should, however, wish to book a more expensive accommodation then SMS your admission number, name and the preferred accommodation to the cell-phone numbers given below. For example BA/03094/07 BILL JOE KSHS 5500, is the case of a student preferring a hostel accommodation of costing Ksh 5,500/=.

Soon after this (allow 2 to 4 working hours) your fee bill will be updated and you may proceed as in 2 above.
