Maseno University today hosted a delegation from Kisii University at the Vice Chancellor’s Boardroom in a high-level engagement that highlighted the institution’s continued leadership in innovation, quality assurance, and digital transformation in higher education.
The meeting brought together key stakeholders from Maseno University, including the Heads of Quality Assurance, alongside the Department of ICT and the e-Campus team. Maseno University showcased a range of progressive initiatives that have significantly enhanced both academic delivery and institutional efficiency. Through its e-Campus platform, Maseno has successfully transitioned a majority of large class sessions to online delivery. This approach has not only eased pressure on physical infrastructure but has also greatly improved class attendance, accessibility, and student engagement.
In addition, the University has invested in modern examination infrastructure to uphold academic integrity. Large examination venues have been equipped with CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring transparency, accountability, and the highest standards of credibility in assessment processes.
